Lake Country Co-op's BBQ Fundraiser Program provides an opportunity for non-profits/registered charitable organizations to host a community BBQ at our food store in Prince Albert.
Nipawin and La Ronge organizations, can visit the food store manager in your community.
We are partnering with local groups every Friday and Saturday at our Prince Albert Food store from May 1 to September 30, 2026 to help raise funds! Applications for summer 2026 will open on April 1, 2026.
Your local group can apply to host one BBQ per summer. Don't delay, as these spots fill up fast!
We will consider providing community investment support to organizations that align with our Vision, Mission, and Values.
The following are not typically supported:
- Political candidates/parties/organizations
- Individuals, self-interest
- Religious organizations
- Government funded organizations
- Third party fundraiser's
- Groups promoting racial or social intolerance
- Private clubs
- Groups promoting morally controversial issues
- Professional or technical associations
- Fraternal organizations
- Endowments
How it works:
- Applications are reviewed on a first come first serve basis.
- Once reviewed, Lake Country Co-op will e-mail the contact person on the application with an approved date. If your application is unsuccessful, we will let you know.
