Langley Retail Centre

Meet Kirby, our amazing Butcher at our Langley Retail Centre. Kirby has been with Otter Co-op for 21 years and is always providing excellent customer service and sharing his expertise. His favourite cut of meat is short rib. When cooking meat he suggests using a sous vide or a pressure cooker. Be sure to say hello to Kirby next time you visit our Langley location!

Mt. Lehman Food Store

At our Mt. Lehman Food Store is our fantastic butcher, Sebastian. Sebastian has been with Otter Co-op for 5 years and recently transferred from our Langley Retail Centre. His favourite cut of steak is ribeye. His cooking tips are don't burn the meat, find a seasoning you enjoy, and let the meat rest after cooking. Sebastian is always happy to answer your questions and help you find exactly what you need.

Parallel Road Food Store

You’ll find our incredible butcher Cliff at our Parallel Road Food Store. Cliff has been with co-op for 20 years and is an expert in all things' meat. Cliff's favourite cut is bone-in ribeye steak. Some of his cooking tips include letting the steak come to room temp on the counter for an hour before cooking, season with salt and pepper on all sides and use high heat oil to make sure the salt and pepper stick. Cliff is always ready to help make your next meal a success. Come see him on your next visit!
