Saskatoon Co-op purchases two Blair’s Family of Companies ag retail locations
Today, August 14th, 2025, Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) purchased the remaining shares in the Blair’s Family of Companies (BCS) Ag Retail assets. In 2021, FCL purchased a majority stake in the six retail locations owned and operated by BCS, creating a joint venture (JV) with the Blair’s family. Today, with FCL acquiring the remaining shares, the six BCS ag retail locations will fully transition ownership to four local Co-ops. Saskatoon Co-op will assume ownership of two BCS ag retail locations – in Rosthern, and in Watrous.
