At South Country Co-op, our purpose is to enrich lives and communities. That’s why we reinvest our profits back into the communities we serve and support the causes that matter to you. If you're making a difference through a non-profit, charity, or local community group, we encourage you to apply for support through one of our community investment programs.
South Country Co-op Offers:
✔ Sponsorships — Financial support for events, programs, and initiatives that align with our purpose and values
✔ Gift-in-Kind Donations — Products or services donated to support local organizations and enhance community impact.
✔ Gift Card Fundraising — An easy and effective way for youth groups and teams to fundraise.
Who Is Eligible for Support?
✅ Registered non-profit or charitable organizations
✅ Community and youth groups
✅ Local youth sports leagues and clubs
✅ Organizations operating within South Country Co-op’s trading area
✅Arts and Culture non-profit groups
✅ Community and youth groups

To Qualify, Organizations Must:
• Be a registered non-profit or charity providing services within our trading area.
• Apply online via our online application at least 6 weeks in advance.
• Limit requests to one per calendar year unless otherwise approved.

❌ Religious organizations (unless supporting community services without denomination)
❌ Programs outside of South Country Co-op’s trading area

➡ Community Support Fund
Need one-time support for a local project? This fund provides financial or in-kind donations to help improve programs, facilities, and services in our communities.

Planning a local fundraising event? We offer donation or volunteer support to help make your event a success.
➡ Gift Card Fundraising
Sell CO-OP® Gift Cards and keep a portion of every sale to support your team, club, or school.
Giving Limitations
We aim to support as many worthwhile initiatives as possible. However, due to high demand, not all requests can be approved. A declined application does not reflect the value of your organization or its contributions to the community.Application Process & Timeline
• All requests must be submitted using our online application form, accompanied by a letter of request.• Phone calls will not be accepted as a method of application.
• Applications are reviewed within 4 weeks of submission. Please allow up to six weeks for a response.
